At Swakum, we aim to deliver your favorite styles quickly and safely.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

We deliver across India through Shiprocket, our trusted logistics partner that connects us with top courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ekart, and India Post. This ensures reliable, trackable, and timely delivery to your location.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and festive or sale seasons.
Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500.

Orders below ₹500 will incur a ₹49 shipping fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional ₹30–₹50 charge based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a Shiprocket tracking link. You can track your shipment status in real time until it reaches your doorstep.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Swakum. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.
Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Request a Return/Exchange

Email us at support@swakum.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for return.

Our team will schedule a pickup through Shiprocket or guide you through the self-return process.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds

Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method.

COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
