Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Swakum. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at swakum2025@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our team will schedule a pickup through Shiprocket or guide you through the self-return process.

  3. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method.

  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

  • Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
